3 Month DUI Program
At CADIP, we offer the AB-541 DUI Program, a state-licensed 3-month course tailored for first-time DUI offenders with a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) below 0.15%. This program is designed to meet California court and DMV requirements, assisting participants in fulfilling legal obligations and reinstating their driving privileges.
Total Program Cost: 600.00 USD
We provide both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your schedule and preferences. Our experienced counselors are committed to guiding you through the process with professionalism and empathy
6 Sessions / 12 Hours Alcohol Education Sessions
12 hours divided into 6 weekly sessions of 2 hours each focusing on DUI laws, substance abuse, and responsible decision-making.
9 Sessions / 18 Hours Group Counseling Sessions
Group Counseling: 18 hours of facilitated group discussions to encourage peer support and shared learning.
3 Individual Orientation Interviews
3 one-on-one sessions to address personal challenges and progress.
6 Self Help Meetings
Attendance at 6 approved meetings (e.g., AA or NA), as mandated by Los Angeles County.
Enrollment
CADIP offers enrollment options for individuals at both pre-conviction and post-conviction stages. Follow the steps to begin your DUI program.
Pre-Conviction Enrollment
If you are enrolling before your court conviction is finalized (including Admin Per Se cases), please submit one of the following:

If you are enrolling after your court conviction is finalized, please submit one of the following:

Next Steps After Document Submission
Once your documents are submitted:
You will be required to read and sign the Enrollment Agreement for your specific program.
You will also complete the Intake Form and the MAST (Michigan Alcohol Screening Test).
The Enrollment Deposit will be due upon receipt.
The DL107 form will be filed electronically with the DMV, if preferred by the participant.
Your Alcohol Assessment Meeting will be scheduled during this process.
Your Program Schedule will be delivered the following day.
Your Program Start Date will then begin as scheduled.
